Contract labor from OPARC/DI eliminates your need to screen employees, pay benefits and workers' compensation, and provide on-going training.

We can bring a group of up to eight clients to your business, on either a full-time or part-time basis, and provide a "job coach" to train and supervise clients to meet your specific needs.  Clients may assemble and/or package your products, provide janitorial services, or work in any other capacity you specify.
  1. We can identify Individual Placement Employees to fill a vacancy for which the skills of a DI client might be appropriate.  The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) may enable your company to receive a rebate of up to 40% of each worker’s earned wages as a tax credit.
  1. OPARC/DI bills you monthly for services provided, based on a mutually agreed-upon rate.
