Enabling People with Disabilities to Achieve Their Full Potential

Summit Services -- Upland needs a permanent, covered patio area with picnic tables and benches to replace the awning-like cover currently in place.  The canvas covering is vandalized on a regular basis.  A permanent structure would offer a place to have lunch, read, play board games, talk, and just escape the heat for a while.  A misting system would make this area more enjoyable for the clients.
